You can use our balance checker online at https://www.jdsports.co.uk/page/gift-cards/. You’ll need your card number and PIN, these can be found on your card. The balance checker has information to show you how to find your pin. You can also take your gift card instore and the cash desk will be able to let you know the balance on your card.

Yes, Gift Cards can be redeemed in any of our UK stores.

If you're not entirely happy with an online purchase made using your JD Gift Card and you'd like to return it for an exchange (or refund where applicable), any money refunded will automatically be credited to the Gift Card the purchase was made on.

Gift Cards are valid for twelve months from date of purchase. The Gift Card will expire and any remaining balance will reduce to nil if it is not used within a 12-month period.

Yes, you can deliver eGift Cards via email or text message. You can select a delivery date up to 30 days from the purchase date.
